Engineering capabilities are ENNEC's advantage for our businesses with customers who are leading players in the industries. Our target is to develop and manufacture the best fit and high quality products to our customers.
Plus, ENNEC has performed very strictly on product design/IP protection to prevent our customers' concepts, product designs and technologies won't be disclosed or used in other companies and other customers of ENNEC.
OEM

OEM is one of the key businesses that ENNEC has worked on.
For OEM project, normally customers have equipped with a full engineering team to take care of product design, prototyping and product validation. The product of OEM products could be high-engineered with complex mechanical design, electrical design and software control integration.
ENNEC's duties for OEM projects:
• fully understanding customer's product design
• supporting product design validation
• interpreting the product design into manufacturing processes
• providing manufacturable feedback for design improvement
• managing materials supply chain and tooling/tooled parts development
• performing manufacturing
• ensuring the product quality with our QC control plan and implement
ODM

| ODM service is how customers from different industries needing a specialized lighting product but not capable to design or develop one, count on ENNEC to support. For ODM projects that ENNEC has worked on, there could be below scenarios:
1) Customer provides product technical requirements, specifications to ENNEC and we develop and manufacture products for our customers.
2) Customer buys ENNEC's off-the-shelf products or solutions with simple labelling changes.
* Any ODM products that ENNEC develops, we strictly follow our internal product design validation processes . |
JDM

| JDM has been one form of ODM. Most of ENNEC's customers who's asking for JDM service, has limited engineering resources on full new product development, but has clear technical requirements, initial product designs and product validation capability for the products.
JDM is also a most common way when we are working on a high-engineered and specialized products with new technologies for the industries.
ENNEC's duties for JDM projects:
• Understanding customers' technical requirements and initial designs
• Detailed engineering design (Mechanics, electrics, optics, thermal management, ID, control integration...)
• Product design validation
• Managing materials supply chain and tooling/tooled parts development
• Performing manufacturing
• Ensuring the product quality with our QC control plan and implement |
